Dryer One is being installed at CSBT.

Technic One continues the development of Dryer One technology in France with a new strategic installation at CSBT Environnement.
This project marks a major milestone on several levels: it is both the third Dryer One installation in France, the first delivery of the DO 050 L model, and a new industrial application dedicated to drying scallop shells.

A compact solution for a specific application
To meet the needs of CSBT Environnement, Technic One deployed the DO 050 L, the smallest model in the Dryer One range.
Compact, efficient, and designed to integrate easily into existing industrial environments, this dryer was selected for its ability to process specific materials effectively while ensuring controlled energy consumption.
The application developed for this project is unique: drying scallop shells, a process that requires high precision, consistent treatment, and perfect control of thermal parameters.

This project confirms the technological flexibility of the Dryer One, capable of adapting to a wide variety of industrial uses, well beyond traditional drying applications.
